Equipment Service & Repairs
We have the expertise and experience to diagnose and repair most brands of projectors.
The cost and time it takes depends upon a number of factors including the age and condition
of the equipment and of course, the nature of the problem. We charge CAD$75 plus taxes to
provide an estimate and evaluation for Out-of-Warranty units and some Warranty units that have
not been purchased from us (depending on the manufacturer and where we cannot confirm/verify
date and place of purchase). This cost is be adjusted against the cost of repairs.
We can also provide Extended Warranties and Support Packages. Professional Internal Deep
Cleaning including the LCD panels, mirrors and lenses is one of our most popular services
and something we recommend for all projectors on a fairly regular basis.
We provide telephone technical support and some emergency support to customers that have
rented or purchased the equipment in question from us 7 days a week, Monday - Sunday. Please
call us at 604-294-9442 7 days a week and we will be happy to help.
We provide repair support services to customers who have not purchased equipment from us
5 days a week, Monday - Friday. Please note that if you require emergency technical support
on Saturday/Sunday and you have not rented or purchased the equipment from us, we recommend
you contact your supplier.
